Energy can be used for various purposes, for example spellcasting, healing, casting and closing a circle. Some people raise and channel energy through using crystals, some may use their hands, some may use amulets, familiars, trees and more.
For me, energy is usually raised via meditation, Reiki and connecting to nature, specifically trees.
I use nature energies to connect to spirit guide, for healing, divination and my studies. I will use raised energies when spellcasting, creating a sacred space and when working with clients.
Most importantly the energy work is used with positive intent.
When working with clients many people comment how they need energy or lack energy; I then work with them to address what the presenting issue/s are and write a script to meet their needs. Often to gain energy they need to just take 5 minutes out for themselves.
