Some flowers on today's walk...

K is for Kind ... #pagan blog project

Part of my belief is treating others how you would like to be treated yourself, the law of threefold 'and it harm none, do what ye will' from the Wiccan rede.

When I try to explain this to people, I find the term 'kind' always comes across.

I try to be kind in all I do.

What act of kindness could you do today?

When did you last experience someone being kind to you? How did it make you feel? How did the kind factor feel?
It can be as easy as slowing up to let someone cross the road, holding a door open, offering to help a friend.

How can you act in a kind way to make someone else feel that kind factor?

Beech trees and bluebells ...

Kids Get Arty

This is our first post for  Kids Get Arty by Red Ted Art

We used the section 'Stones' in Maggie's truly inspiring book...

Grab a copy here from Amazon...

And Jackson Pollock

Emily is not 2 yet so showing her a quick video of paint being drizzled and thrown about I may regret later, ha!

SO here it is, our attempt at Red Ted Art a la Pollock.

We visited the beach this morning and collected some pebbles in the light drizzle, we tried to find large flat stones so there was a good sized surface to paint.

Old t-shirts to the ready, surfaces covered, wipes, paint out and ready on  paper plate, brushes to hand, pebbles dried.

We added some sparkle!

Lots of fun and we will doing more of this
